Non-existing servers in procedure stats whitelist

If a server has been included in the dbo.procedure_stats_whitelist table, but does not exist anymore, this alert will be thrown.

To query the Performance Store database for servers that do not exist, but are marked to be excluded from the procedure stats functionality, use:

select a.*
from dbo.procedure_stats_whitelist a
left join dbo.servers s on s.server_name = a.server_name and s.discovered = 1
where s.server_name is null
and a.server_name is not null

The alert will be visible on the Latest stats dashboard.
