As Performance Store is solely an on-premises solution, no customer data is hosted or handled by So Sequel.
So Sequel websites and products are fully GDPR compliant.
Data collection
When starting the Performance Store Control Center, an update check is performed to see if a newer version is available.
The following information is sent to So Sequel when performing an update check: Customer id, IP address, Performance Store version.
If using a trial version of Performance Store, no Customer id is sent. If using a registered version, the Customer id will be a value that uniquely identifies the customer.
When signing up for the So Sequel newsletter, an email address is collected.
When creating a support ticket, an email address is collected as well as the support conversation history.
Payment information is handled by Stripe: Stripe Privacy Policy
So Sequel collects the following when doing a transaction through Stripe: Customer name, customer email address, Stripe session id.
Nothing else is sent to So Sequel or anyone else.
Data access and deletion
A customer can always request full details on stored information.
If a customer wants us to remove any collected data, they can email us, and we will permanently delete the data.
Cookies
No cookies are used on any So Sequel website.
