I have added a server but no information is collected?

When adding servers in the Performance Store Control Center, information about the servers are only collected in the given time interval set in the Settings menu:

If the collection interval is set to 30 seconds (default value), there might be a delay of 30 seconds until information is collected about the newly added server.

For Active Directory information (used in the security information views), the collection interval is every hour (default value), so after adding a new server, data in these views might only be available for the new server after one hour.

The same applies for audit information, capacity and prediction information, index information and many other areas in Performance Store.

To manually start all collection of all information, use “Manually run”, “Everything” from the “Options” menu:
